Spirit Week

Want to wear your PJ's to work? Or throwback to the 80's in your favorite acid washed jeans? For the week leading up to our epic Field Day event teams are invited to get a little crazy and dress up during company-wide theme days.

CB Snipers

The sound of running feet, plastic slides chambering round after round, the pop of spring-loaded pneumatic pumps, battery powered motors revving up to speed, and Nerf darts whizzing through the air is just the beginning of this legendary Clickbooth tradition.

T.G.I.M.

At most companies, Mondays are by far the most dreaded day of the week. Not at Clickbooth. On the first Monday of every month a CB team arrives bright and early to prepare a breakfast feast for the rest of the CB Family.

We are looking for an Operations Associate to join our team who will report to the Executive VP of Operations. This person will be responsible for data entry and replication as well as other general administrative duties that may arise. Join a fantastic team and help perform daily tasks requiring time management skills and a strong attention to detail. You will be highly valued as a team member who can make independent decisions while working closely with other members of the Operations Team.

 

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Strong administrative, organizational, computer skills a must

  • Ability to prioritize and work well under time sensitive pressure with a variety of backgrounds (technical and non-technical) and cultures

  • Work with internal teams to identify opportunities for optimization of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations to improve external client’s performance.

  • Must be able to draw conclusions, summarize actionable recommendations, and communicate strategies that optimize results.

  • Review advertising campaigns to ensure compliance with laws and regulations

 

Required Skills:

  • 1 to 3 years in an administrative assistant or executive assistant role within a marketing environment

  • Degree preferred but not required

  • Problem identifier and solver with a strong set of analytical skills

  • Detailed-oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in fast paced environment

  • Excellent follow-up skills

  • Inquisitive and intuitive nature

  • Self-discipline when working independently

  • Must have a can do and proactive attitude

  • Must have comfortable working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software and the internet

We are looking for a self-motivated, persistent, versatile and resourceful individual who wants to grow with the company.

 

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Maintain and grow advertiser accounts through proactive account management

  • Prospect new business in various verticals (health, beauty, financial, dating etc)

  • Manage numerous clients through daily email, phone and instant messenger interactions

  • Analyze client performance and make strategic recommendations

  • Build your own business, prospecting clients without limitations or territories

  • Travel to trade shows or clients (2 to 5 times per year)

 

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 2+ years of sales experience
