We are looking for a multi-talented and enthusiastic junior to mid-level Web Designer to join our rapidly growing design team. Candidate must be a team player able to communicate well, and have the ability to juggle multiple projects, proactively solve problems, and deliver against tight-deadlines in a fast paced environment.

	Main responsibility will be to develop static and dynamic web sites, and online banner ads with an emphasis on maximizing web optimization
	Other responsibilities may include designing various online marketing material including Flash banner ads, email/HTML creatives, pop-unders, landing pages, and other related projects
	Works closely with Senior Graphic Designer and other departments to implement design through all phases from concept to completion of web sites and other marketing materials

	BS Degree or higher in Web/Graphic Design and/or relevant experience a must
	Must be expert in: Photoshop, Illustrator, ImageReady, Dreamweaver, HTML, CSS and Web Standards; Experience in Flash and ActionScript a plus
	Experience in illustration and landing page development a preferred
	Outstanding creative, visual design and technical skills with an understanding of visual design principles including color theory, typography, layout, user interface elements and production techniques
	Strong portfolio with a range of creative samples that demonstrate relevant work or projects
