We are looking for a multi-talented and enthusiastic junior to mid-level Banner Ad and Landing Page Designer to join our rapidly growing design team. Candidate must be a team player able to communicate well, and have the ability to juggle multiple projects, proactively solve problems, and deliver against tight-deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Main responsibilities will be to design animated .gif banner ads/campaigns and landing pages with an emphasis on maximizing impression to click rates and click to conversion rates |
|
Other responsibilities may include designing pop-unders, email/HTML creatives and other related projects |
|
Works closely with Senior Graphic Designer and other departments to implement design with fast turnaround through all phases from concept to completion |
Requirements:
|
BS Degree or higher in Web/Graphic Design and/or relevant experience a must |
|
Must be expert in: Photoshop, Illustrator, ImageReady, Dreamweaver, HTML, CSS; Experience in Flash and ActionScript a plus |
|
Experience in illustration, interactive Flash banner ads and games, email/HTML creatives, web design/development a plus |
|
Outstanding creative, visual design and technical skills with an understanding of visual design principles including color theory, typography, layout, user interface elements and production techniques |
|
Strong portfolio with a range of creative samples that demonstrate relevant work or projects |
