We are looking for a multi-talented and enthusiastic junior to mid-level Flash Designer to join our rapidly growing design team. Candidate must be a team player able to communicate well, and have the ability to juggle multiple projects, proactively solve problems, and deliver against tight-deadlines in a fast paced environment

	Main responsibility will be to design and develop exciting interactive Flash design, banner ads/campaigns, and games with an emphasis on maximizing impression to click rates and click to conversion rates
	Other responsibilities may include designing landing pages, image pop-unders and other related projects
	Works closely with Senior Graphic Designer and other departments to implement design with fast turnaround through all phases from concept to completion

	BS Degree or higher in Web/Graphic/Interactive Design and/or relevant experience a must
	EXPERT understanding of ActionScript and up to date on Flash trends and best practices as well as experience with optimizing Flash files
	Must be an expert in: Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash; Experience in ImageReady, Dreamweaver, HTML, CSS, and/or Javascript a plus
	Experience in illustration, animated .gif banner ads, landing pages, and/or email/HTML creatives a plus
	Outstanding creative, visual design and technical skills with an understanding of visual design principles including color theory, typography, layout, user interface elements and production techniques
	Strong portfolio with a range of creative samples that demonstrate relevant work or projects
