Q. Will I have a login? How do I get it?
A. You'll log in with the same email address you have used to login to DT. You will no longer be able to use your CD# to login. A new password will be emailed to the official email address we have on file for your account.
Q. What if I don't know my "official" email address or if my "official" email address needs to be updated?
A. Reach out to your Affiliate Strategist- 24/7- just like you normally would. Be prepared to authenticate your identity.
Q. Where do I login?
A. The top right corner of our website (www.clickbooth.com) has a login button that expands when clicked. Once expanded, you may select CPC or CPA.
Q. What do I do if I forgot my password?
A. If you select Login on the website, there's a "Forgot Your Password?" link that you can click. A small form will appear and once submitted, you will receive an email with your password
Q. Will I receive my payments as scheduled?
A. Yes absolutely. Clickbooth has yet to miss a payment in our over 10 years of business. A little ol' tracking swap isn't going to trip up our accounting team.
Q. Will my accounting team be able to pull reporting?
A. Initially there may be some delays in statistic migrations from DT to Cake. Have no fear, all of this data is stored in a separate redundant database and we'll get the interface up to date as soon as possible.
Q. Will I be able to access all of my statistics?
A. Initially we'll be prioritizing live traffic statistics but will be working diligently to upload recent statistics and then 1 year of historical statistics. No worries though all the data is already stored, it's just a matter of loading it into the interface.
Q. Will my deployed IDs or subIDs be affected?
A. It's important to pull new campaign links as soon as they are available. Links redirected from DT to Cake will lose subIDs and deployed IDs until you have transitioned your links. SubID setup instructions will be provided to ensure a smooth transition.
Q. Will I have access to all of the campaigns I have access to now?
A. Yes, you should have access to all the campaigns you have access to now. As we begin to launch new campaigns on the Cake interface expect more specialized access to top performing campaigns too.
Q. Will my tracking be affected?
A. The short answer is no - your conversion tracking will not be affected. You will be paid for all traffic and no links will be dead. Keep in mind though that to preserve subIDs or deployed IDS you'll want to pull new links as soon as possible.
Q. What should I do if I am currently using the API?
A. Please contact your affiliate strategist for priority access to the new Cake API.

Q. As a CBCPC Client, will this affect my campaigns?
A. No, this change is for CPA and will not affect any of your logins or tracking.
Q. Who can I contact with questions or concerns regarding this transition?

Q. What should I expect as an advertiser? How does this affect me?
A. We need you to place the new Cake pixel asap. Other than that, sit back and enjoy the same quality traffic you've already been receiving!
Q. Will I be able to launch mobile campaigns?
A. Absolutely, the Cake platform offers easier integration and superior technology to support mobile campaigns.
Q. Will I have a login now?
A. Right now, no. Our priority is to get all of our 40,000 affiliates set up and comfortable with the new system so that there is no interruption in your traffic.
